Dust Collector Upgrade Project

This 3/4 of a $million project our AIM Industrial Team was recently awarded involves:

• Installation of 2 new dust collectors and associated equipment

• New platforms built and installed for access to the dust collectors

• New dust ducts fabricated and installed tying into 4 bucket elevators

• Existing ducting modified and re-routed to the new dust collectors.

Encompassing AIM's Fabrication, Sheet Metal, Millwright & Rigging Groups along with roofing, craning and scaffolding partners to strategically plan & position access and rigging procedures, this is a full-on Team effort, including working hand-in-hand with our valued Customer and the Engineers.

As of October 10, 2021, it is well underway with completion of Ducting and Platform fabrication in our 50,000sqft Fab Shop. The Project follows a well-laid out schedule with specific milestones in order to meet all safety requirements and limit impact of production as much as possible.
