Plant Relocation: Delicate CNC Machinery
Recently AIM Industrial was awarded and completed the relocation of a major CNC Tooling & Molds Company. Included in the scope was:
-CNC Machines, Presses, Hoppers, Chiller, Tanks
-All Millwright and Rigging, co-ordination and supply of trucking
-Disconnect, cap and label all hydraulics
-Disassemble machines as required
-Remove. ship, re-install all machinery to inside their brand new building.
-Level and epoxy anchor machines to within tolerances identified.
Planning with the Customer was paramount in order to keep production down-time to an absolute minimum. The customer was happy with safety, scheduling and cost and was quickly back into full production.
